Employment Specialist

If you want to make a difference in a life of someone with a developmental disability and get paid while doing it, this job is for you. The Employment Specialist works with the individual to learn the job tasks, workplace routines and culture. The job coach supports the individual as well as the employer creating natural supports within the workplace.

All required training is provided and prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities is not required. A positive attitude, strong soft skills and the ability to be creative and solution oriented is needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
