Job Description
A Great OpportunityAkron, OH / $40,000 / Full Time Through a wide range of innovative services referred to as ViaQuest's Circle of Care, our skilled, dedicated employees ensure that the people we serve are active participants in their own care. ViaQuest offers quality, highly-personalized, specialized and cost-effective care, solutions and services through Home Health, Hospice, Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions, Veteran Services, Day & Employment Services, Residential Services and Diversity & Inclusion.

Responsibilities may include:
  • Oversee all HR operations throughout assigned location(s).
  • Directly supervise HR Coordinators and Employment Coordinators as assigned.
  • Manage employee performance and address any performance concerns per company policy.
  • Provide support to operational teams throughout assigned location(s) to ensure all HR policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Serve as first point of contact for current employees for any HR related inquiries.

Requirements for this position include:
  • Four-year degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HR laws.
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management and communication skills.
