Wayfair is looking for a Regional Employee Engagement Manager to join our Global Supply Chain Training Team.

The Supply Chain Engagement Team focuses on our internal employees from their first days as a new hire throughout their entire Wayfair career- so that they can thrive as a Wayfairian and deliver outstanding customer experience to our customers.
The Regional Employee Engagement Manager is responsible for creating and deploying impactful engagement programs, employee events, and creating memorable experiences. As a member of the Supply Chain Global Workforce Support Team, you’ll champion a culture of excellence, safety, performance, belonging, and development. You will partner closely with the Supply Chain leadership team and other functional leaders, plus understand the voice of the employee, to identify opportunities that will help drive employee satisfaction, retention, and performance. It’s a fast-paced and influential role within a fun and high-energy team.
What You’ll Do
- Project manage engagement programs from creation to evaluation (e.g. like Career Pathing) to increase employee retention and promote a culture of inclusion, align on roles and responsibilities with partner teams for these programs
- Manage and standardize employee recognition programs and quarterly calendar of employee events that drive employee happiness and connection to the organization
- Plan and organize employee activities related to large organization events
- Provide leadership for and budget management for Engagement efforts at associated Supply Chain sites
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Talent Management, Corporate, Operations, etc) to ensure coordinated effort across the Global Supply Chain footprint (e.g., Employee Resource Groups, Diversity and Inclusion efforts, Community Involvement)
- Continually assess engagement program needs and develop new initiatives to ensure new creative ideas and thoughts are heard by our frontline teams
What You’ll Need
- Minimum of 3 years of program management or event planning experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and experience working with senior company leaders
- Strong project management and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
