“It’s true, you spend more time at work in your lifetime than not. So, where you work should represent what you believe in. You should be proud to wear the logo you choose to put on each day. At Physicians Ambulance, our people are our differential. That’s not just a nicely structured sentence, that’s the truth. We aren’t a perfect organization; no, we are still building the perfect organization-- and it takes an army of good people to do it.
In a nutshell, we take care of our employees so they can take care of our customers. We do so by focusing most intently on clinical education, training and “the little details” that go a long way when caring for patients.
Our customers rave about our Paramedics, EMTs and Support Staff, because they are the best at what they do, the most caring, loving and passionate. I hope you consider coming in to see what makes us different.”
Jason Hess, President

Our Wage Scale Matrix is based on years of experience in a given certification and Employment Status Level. Full-timers earn significantly more than Part-time or PRN, by design, because they are devoting more time to the Company, their schedules are on rotations, which cuts down on Scheduling Team workload, and they are the pillars of our operation. We also know some folks prefer Part-time or need to request PRN due to another Full-time job, a school schedule or child care. We support that, and our dedicated Schedulers will make sure they work with you on your needs and availability, but our system is truly designed to benefit Full-timers.

· Part-time: A minimum of 40 hours per 2-Wek Pay Period, which must include 2 weekend shifts a month, by turning in availability by the 15th of the current month for the next month, and picking up shifts using our easy-to-navigate cloud based scheduling software
