Embedded-Lead

Key skills required for the job are:

• Embedded-L3 (Mandatory)
• Embedded Linux-L3
• Project Management - PES-L3

As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenence/Testing) You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / product. You are responsible for functional/technical track of a project.

experience in embedded area but at same time have little bit of program management experience to handle 2-3 release profiles simultaneously starting from 2021 and work with 1-2 engineers offsite daily for those programs. Communication Skill is MUST.

May need to do hands on code management (knowing C, linux & Git/Gerrit, Jira tools) and/or represent release management in cross team meetings and manage those 2-3 release programs. Video, Broadband experience is plus.
