Responsibilities:
- Manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, deployment, reporting and optimization
- Develop and optimize lifecycle, blast, and transactional email campaigns to grow online sales and maximize customer retention and engagement
- Increase ROI and drive incremental revenue by means of list segmentation, personalization, A/B testing and general campaign optimization strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, creative design, business intelligence and web development teams to create compelling and effective email content
- Create reports to analyze email performance and to uncover insights to build strategic recommendations
- Monitor, track and report email performance metrics to key stakeholders
- Responsible for Email QA including verifying campaign messaging and content is accurate
- Manage overall email file health and work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes
- Monitor and evaluate deliverability and inbox placement rates
- Monitor competitors and industry best practices and provide recommendations for program improvement on an ongoing basis
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations and adhere to email deliverability best practices
- Responsible for managing and maintaining all campaigns and programs within Oracle Responsys
- Monitor and when needed troubleshoot technical issues related to deployment for all email channels.
- Mange relationships with all email platform services
- Responsible for managing and monitoring internal team needs and projects
Requirements:
- 3+ years of demonstrated success as an Email Marketing Manager in an eCommerce or retail environment
- Direct experience with the Oracle Responsys platform is strongly preferred
- Google Analytics experience a plus
- Proven track record developing retention and customer engagement
- Strong analytical skills with ability to derive meaning from data through A/B testing to power decision-making
- Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and support skills.
- Ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to variety of audiences
- Strong computer skills including Excel
- Understand the concept of relational database (SQL experience a plus)
