Responsibilities:
  • Manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, deployment, reporting and optimization
  • Develop and optimize lifecycle, blast, and transactional email campaigns to grow online sales and maximize customer retention and engagement
  • Increase ROI and drive incremental revenue by means of list segmentation, personalization, A/B testing and general campaign optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative design, business intelligence and web development teams to create compelling and effective email content
  • Create reports to analyze email performance and to uncover insights to build strategic recommendations
  • Monitor, track and report email performance metrics to key stakeholders
  • Responsible for Email QA including verifying campaign messaging and content is accurate
  • Manage overall email file health and work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes
  • Monitor and evaluate deliverability and inbox placement rates
  • Monitor competitors and industry best practices and provide recommendations for program improvement on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations and adhere to email deliverability best practices
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining all campaigns and programs within Oracle Responsys
  • Monitor and when needed troubleshoot technical issues related to deployment for all email channels.
  • Mange relationships with all email platform services
  • Responsible for managing and monitoring internal team needs and projects



Requirements:
  • 3+ years of demonstrated success as an Email Marketing Manager in an eCommerce or retail environment
  • Direct experience with the Oracle Responsys platform is strongly preferred
  • Google Analytics experience a plus
  • Proven track record developing retention and customer engagement
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to derive meaning from data through A/B testing to power decision-making
  • Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and support skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to variety of audiences
  • Strong computer skills including Excel
  • Understand the concept of relational database (SQL experience a plus)
