Job Description

In the Industry Marketing organization, we are aligned across Siemens Software’s core strategy of going to market by industry. One of those industries is Electronics & Semiconductors (ES). Each of our industries requires a strong marketing team to support our goals and objectives. As the importance of fully addressing the needs of the growing ES market, we’re looking for an ES senior marketing coordinator. The responsibilities will be to support the development of marketing campaigns, building a solid content creation plan to help the organization achieve strategic revenue objectives.

Essential Functions:
  • Support the ES marketing leaders in creating solid content development plans aligned with the marketing strategy and campaign messaging. This is inclusive of creating content (marketing campaign collateral) in collaboration with the ES writer and project managing virtual internal and external teams in the development of campaign collateral in order to grow our business in the ES industry.
  • Coordinate with all industry stakeholders from different product segments to align on planning and manage all steps of project development.
  • Monitor campaigns performance in relationship with the marketing execution teams, and report on key metrics and project status.

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Proven ability to manage programs/projects, including definition of timing plans, resources and deliverables as well as issue identification and resolution
  • Excellent written skills, including the ability to develop clear messaging concepts and author appropriate content to support marketing execution and sales enablement
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence others as part of a virtual team
  • Demonstrated ability to work with several projects in parallel
  • Self-motivated and self-starter
  • Structured thinker
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent English communication skills

Education and Experience Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering
  • 3+ years’ experience in or working in marketing positions in high tech environments
  • Marketing content/campaign creation experience (B2B) with specific background in collateral development, etc.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Word, and ability to learn new productivity software skills as needed

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

  • Normal office environment / home office
  • Travel 10%
