Job Description
Fordham Electric Southeast, Inc. is a Multi-State Electrical Contractor based out of South Carolina specializing in Multifamily Construction. We are currently hiring for a foreman/ project manager position in Nasheville, TN.
Our ideal employee meets the following:
- 5 or more years of multifamily/ commercial experience
- current state journeyman certification is a plus but not required
- cleancut with strong communication and customer service skills
- be able to work effectively under pressure
- meet deadlines
- must have a valid and clean driving record to be eligible for company truck
- able to operate trenchers, mini excavators a plus but not required
- work under minimal supervision
- be efficient and organized with strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- supply own handtools
- be able to pass a background
Job responsibilities:
- manage a project from start to finish
- read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other materials to determine job requirements
- troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits and equipment
- manage crews and material to meet each phase of the construction schedule
- attend weekly job-site schedule and safety meetings
- estimate time required and materials needed to complete tasks
- basic computer/phone skills for use with email, purchase orders, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
