Electrical Foreman/ Project Manager

Fordham Electric Southeast, Inc. is a Multi-State Electrical Contractor based out of South Carolina specializing in Multifamily Construction. We are currently hiring for a foreman/ project manager position in Nasheville, TN.

Our ideal employee meets the following:

• 5 or more years of multifamily/ commercial experience
• current state journeyman certification is a plus but not required
• cleancut with strong communication and customer service skills
• be able to work effectively under pressure
• meet deadlines
• must have a valid and clean driving record to be eligible for company truck
• able to operate trenchers, mini excavators a plus but not required
• work under minimal supervision
• be efficient and organized with strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• supply own handtools
• be able to pass a background

Job responsibilities:

• manage a project from start to finish
• read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other materials to determine job requirements
• troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits and equipment
• manage crews and material to meet each phase of the construction schedule
• attend weekly job-site schedule and safety meetings
• estimate time required and materials needed to complete tasks
• basic computer/phone skills for use with email, purchase orders, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
