The Role
  • Responsible for the design, implementation and execution of the SG-SST.
  • Let know the EHS policy and objectives.
  • Represent the management in SG-SST.
  • Assured compliance with governmental and regulatory agencies by EHS-S auditing and leading corrective action for areas with deficiencies.
  • Participated in and responded to internal/external EHS-S audits and inspections by regulatory agencies and Corporate EHS-S.
  • Manage, review and control the documented procedures, manuals, specifications, programs and formats that are required for the EHS-S Area.
  • Led and coordinated all aspects of Purchasing and Environmental Health and Safety
  • Carried out Environmental Health and Safety motivational activities for employees.
  • Performed audits of waste vendors to ensure compliance of environmental regulations and minimized potential for future liability.
  • Led the Hazardous Waste programs to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and corporate.
  • Identify and implement corrective, preventive and improvement actions and ensure that the personnel identify them, treat them and implement their action plans.
  • Carry out and keep updated the planning of the organization's EHS-S KPI indicators.
  • Carry out the planning of the EHS-S activities.}
  • Trained all employees including managers with Environmental Health and Safety.
  • Updated all environmental health & safety programs.
  • Prepare the analysis of indicators of the Continuous Improvement process.
  • Responsible for environment area
  • Responsible for the administrative activities of FM
  • Led facility maintenance activities and disseminate those activities to facility contractor.
  • Adherence to external spend OP.
  • Forecast submitted on time.

Who you are:
  • Bachelor's degree in safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Engineer, or related fields
  • Occupational Health Certification.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in Environmental Health and Safety role.
  • Good leadership skills and ability to mentor and empower
  • Works well under pressure, optimally handles conflict, deadlines and multiple tasks
  • Good level of English
  • Collaborative.
