Education Coordinator

Our fast-growing San Francisco/Bay Area based client is in need of an Education Coordinator. Work location is flexible.

Responsibilities:

• The Education Service coordinator will assist partners and customers with class registrations and credit card payments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years work experience in coordinator, project management, or customer service roles, preferably in software or similar technical field
• High attention to detail and knowledge of PCI and other credit card privacy standards
• Specific experience coordinating training or services, or supporting enterprise software sales teams past experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Proficient with different web browsers and other online tools, and able to conduct quick and efficient web queries
• Solid background with a variety of web-based desktop tools, including SaaS platforms such as SalesForce and Netsuite
• Ability to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot problems, and able to maintain a high level of productivity under stressful conditions
• Capacity to learn multiple tasks, and move quickly among different procedures and processes
• Self-starter, quick learner, well-organized, detail oriented, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication skills with business customers in email and by phone
