Summary

The B2B/EDI IT Analyst will support the EDI operations for Ammega’s PT/FP business and support the B2B IT capability. The role will collaborate with business stakeholders, the IT team, and trusted vendor partners. This position reports to the VP of IT, Power Transmission and Fluid Power Business, USA.
The EDI Analyst’s scope of activities includes helping the organization grow revenue, optimizing costs and mitigating risks. The incumbent will focus on managing the growth of our PT/FP digital connections with our strategic trading partners by overseeing EDI on-boarding and modifications. In addition, this position will assist in the support and maintenance of our B2B portal.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• Manages EDI Managed Services Broker/VAN relationship/process
• Establishes EDI technical requirements (integration, documents, standard approach)
• Monitoring EDI integrations, correcting errors
• Mapping configuration changes and or testing when partners make changes to their Third Party vendors
• Coordinates change requests, sows, issue resolution
• Knowledgeable of PT systems and data
• Coordinates IT SMEs for data extraction & testing
• Provides EDI problem escalation & oversight
• Manages EDI Trading Partner Demand (Customers, Vendors, other entities)
• Brings new ideas to the digital team for improving methods/protocols that can keep us advancing with technology changes.
• Support other IT colleagues
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's degree (minimum), in Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline
• 5-8 years of EDI knowledge/experience
• ERP integration experience working with vendors to get work done (Managed Services Broker/VAN)
• Good organization skills, able to multi-task
• Good communication both written and orally
• Strong project management
• Attention to detail
