E-Commerce Specialist (Amazon)

We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated E-Commerce Specialist who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from beginning to end. Our ideal candidate will service our customers, and uphold the ideals and standards of our company. The successful E-Commerce Specialist will constantly strive to meet all sales and marketing goals and expectations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Reach out amazon vendor manager with apposite sale strategy and dig out internal platform rules and sales opportunity
  • Work with an Amazon product managers to confirm promotion calendar
  • Responsible for Amazon sales revenue and other metrics
  • Maintain relationships with amazon vendor manager
  • Analyze Amazon fees and find most profitable way to run sales and promotions
  • Research competitor’s products to make sure our products stay competitive
  • Able to provide feedback to HQ development team what the market trend is
  • Work on A+ contents with 3rd parties and HQ team to maximize exposure and sales
  • Update new and existing listings and optimize them according to company’s sales and marketing strategies
  • Manage company’s listings on Amazon daily, including: setting up new listings, operating terms, modifying the listings and optimize them according to company’s marketing strategies.
  • Enhance product titles, descriptions, categorization, and keywords for optimal performance, improving page rank and sales.
  • Support 3rd party market places including Shopify, Newegg, ZalmanOutlet, etc. and find more 3rd party market places where business opportunity is available
  • Continually identify and evaluate new opportunities for better product listing optimization.
  • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to increase sales, visibility, brand recognition, and drive sales across AMS, Seller Central, AMG, and AAP
  • Understand the social media universe and stay current with social media trends, language, outlets and resources to achieve the best performance.
  • Collaborate with sales/marketing team and leverage acquisition channels outside of Amazon (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Adwords) to drive the brand’s growth on Amazon and a company website.
  • Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings and customer reviews.
  • Create sales and marketing report on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, including effective marketing strategies and data analyzing accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1 years work experience on Amazon Vendor Central (& Amazon Seller Central)
  • Bilingual English and Korean Preferred
  • Experience with Shopify and Newegg is a plus but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage people
  • High attention to detail, while managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Outstanding collaboration and communication skills.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
