THE OPPORTUNITY
As our E-Commerce Operations Coordinator you will serve the consumer by assisting with the gathering and organization of consumer data through product reviews and other tools. You will be the de facto owner of our product review strategy responsible for growing product reviews across our site, responding to consumer questions about our products, supporting the development of new processes and working cross-functionally to solve problems identified through product reviews and other voice of consumer tools.
You’re a problem-solver and will develop an understanding of the Ariat consumer, our platform capabilities, and our business operations through research and analysis. We are looking for someone who is eager to dig into our consumer data, thoughtful enough to think about our digital experiences through the consumer lens and organized enough to support multiple site updates that result from your research. We are seeking a quick learner and fearless doer to join our team.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years additional experience in lieu of degree
- 2-5 years of experience coordinating projects in an agency or corporate environment
- Moderate Keynote skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce and digital development processes
- Experience with consumer insights tools such as Full Story and Google Analytics desired
- Experience with a variety of project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Airtable)
