Job Title Easton Outdoor Pools Aquatic Coordinator - Seasonal Position

Reports To Senior Program Director

Job Description

The Outdoor Pool Coordinator will develop, implement, supervise, and

evaluate all activities and functions which relate to outdoor pool daily

operations and programs. Creates positive, nurturing relationships with

all pool patrons, while building cooperative relationships with community

partners. Hires, trains, supervises all Aquatics Staff. Implements the daily

operation including staff scheduling, private/group lessons, birthday

parties, community rentals. Trains and supervises all lifeguards. Always

maintains a safe environment.

Location Heil Pool and Eddyside Pools both within the City of Easton limits

Hours Per Week 40 hours

Educational

Requirements or

Experience Required

Must possess a current LG certification or be eligible for immediate

recertification.

Two years of lifeguarding/supervisory experience
