E-Commerce Vendor Optimization And Content Specialist

Piping Rock Health Products is continuing to expand our wholesale department, this time looking to add a dynamic eCommerce Vendor Optimization & Content Specialist to the team! You will be part of a team responsible for growing and managing our wholesale brands on retailer platforms. Communication is key as you will be working directly with internal teams as well as strategic vendor partners to ensure visitors to the site have an optimal shopping experience, and that our portfolio of products are optimized on each site to deliver maximum conversion. We are in search of a self-starter who is eager to join a team who is both creative and analytically driven, does this sound like you?

In this role you will be accountable for onsite updates, keyword research, content creation, inventory management, building retailer and vendor partner relationships to grow our online representation. As an eCommerce Vendor Optimization & Content Specialist, you will be monitoring the competitive landscape and keeping up to date with marketplace trends.

Roles & Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

• Manage our Wholesale Portfolio across our national eCommerce retail channels
• Daily monitoring of retailer accounts health and metrics, proactively alert team for issues
• Manage & Support content creation including “A+” enhanced content
• Working alongside the Digital Marketing team and Brand Managers, key relationship holders to help expand product offerings on these online retailers
• Maintain eCommerce content process guidelines to stay up-to-date with retailer.com requirements and best practices.
• Maintain brand guidelines and execute content on brand
• Collaborating on the onsite launches of new products, marketplaces, and brands
• Tracking inventory levels represented on all online retailers, modifying strategy based on availability
• Responding to reviews when necessary, ensuring that reviews are syndicated as they should be
• Improving the performance of the brand by development and implementation of Keyword Research, image optimization, and the like
• Reporting and “telling the story” from available reporting and analytics to inform future strategy, per retailer

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of related experience is a must
• 1-3 years of management experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
• A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must
• Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central experience is a plus
• Mathematical/statistical mindset for analyzing data and trends
• SEO experience / knowledge is a plus
• Ability to learn how to use new software
• Proactive personality and careful attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and demonstrate agility
• Familiarity with the supplement industry is a plus
