Job Description

Company Overview:

Pixibytes is a premier source for photo, video and electronics equipment in the New York area. Founded as a photography retailer, we have quickly grown to represent a variety of consumer electronics. Position Summary:

The eCommerce Associate will be responsible for supporting our growing and managing a portfolio of our products on online marketplaces like eBay, Walmart, Amazon.com, and NewEgg. The primary responsibility will be creating new product listings, keeping up-to-date with the market, pricing and promotions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product catalog including feeds and product listings.
  • Accurately recognize product variations and create professional product listings
  • Optimize listings for products per SEO best practices.
  • Manage vendor promotions, rebates
  • Monitor and maintain account health and metrics, proactively alert team for issues and resolve as appropriate.
  • Consistently provide support, respond to customer feedback and maintain high customer satisfaction rates.
  • Monitor and manage other appropriate marketplace environments (e.g. Amazon) as required.
  • Additional Responsibilities and duties as assigned and required.
