Job Description

Broadstep, Inc. is hiring DSPs (direct support professionals) to provide assistance to our Residential programs and staff in Springfield, IL.

Full time, Part time, and Summer Employment opportunities are available on all shifts.

Minimum Qualifications: HS Diploma or equivalent, at least 21 years of age, ability to pass a background check, pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Experience caring for and supporting people with special needs is preferred, but not necessary… 1 week of initial paid training is offered which results in becoming certified and registered with the State of Illinois as a Direct Support Professional/Developmental Disabilities Aide. We need people who care about others and enjoy inspiring and motivating those individuals we serve.

Compensation is based on a combination of education and experience.
