Do you have a love for motorcycles and big trucks? Of course we are talking about the biggest trucks of them all - 53' event rigs going to Daytona, Sturgis and our entire events schedule. We are adding to our California events team and if you have your CDL for big trucks, M1 for motorcycles, and love talking to people about motorcycles this is the position for you. And when you are not on the road, you will be part of the Vance & Hines support team and keeping our fleet of trucks and bikes in tip top shape.

Key Responsibilities

• West Coast Event Truck:
  • Responsible for all operations related to the Event Rally Truck, including driving, truck maintenance, rally truck setup/breakdown, CDL, IFTA, and maintaining a driver log
  • Additional roles will include supporting the Event Manager on special projects
  • Assist in coordinating with event truck fleet
  • Assist in coordinating with event vendors
  • Conduct event report of Sales and Marketing Team
• Rally Event Representative:
  • Provide quality customer experience at Vance & Hines Rally Truck such as covering sales transactions, customer service and product education for all customers
  • Answer all questions, address concerns, or other issues for the Company
• Submit weekly reports to the Director of Customer Service while traveling
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
• Efficiently and effectively manage time
• Engaging and assisting our customers

Position Requirements

• Must have a valid commercial driver license
• Represent the Company in a courteous and professional manner when interacting with customers, vendors and suppliers
• Must maintain a neat and clean physical appearance and wear Company apparel when interacting with customers
• Must have the ability to communicate in English
• Must have the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Must have the ability to load and unload product in and out of the rally truck
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, walk up and down stairs, and move about the facility
