You are responsible for

Manage day to day capability build, service & support operations, source and deliver components of standard services from a defined service catalogue; Manage and reports on the service consumption and escalate deviations from plan to appropriate parties

  • Responsible for IT service performance for his / her domain
  • Responsible for Continuous Improvement and capability building for his / her domain.
  • Partner with Global IT Services constituents to ensure YoY improvements and expectations realized
  • Verify service operations against stated Service Level Agreements, Experience Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements, report and communicate findings
  • Manage “live” technical environments or user impact, on a day to day basis, together with the relevant vendors
  • Monitor, measure, report, review current performance of services and components, and ensure business requirements are achieved.
  • Serve as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions. Play an active role in the SCRUM team, or support the delivery of programs with transformational activities

You are part of

Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) and specifically part of the Digital Workplace and Service Desk Domain that delivers end user support and services to our 80K global colleagues.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Knowledge at Bachelor level in the IT domain or comparable degree
  • Increased focus on user experience
  • Understanding of the Service/Experience Level Knowledge at Bachelor level in the IT domain or comparable degree and preferably 3+ year of work experience
  • Increased focus on user experience
  • Understanding of the Service/Experience Level
  • 10 years plus of IT experience
