Liberty Home Care is a licensed home care agency and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider. We provide home health aides and equipment to individuals with a variety of medical needs. The right individual will be a motivated, outgoing individual with customer service experience and excellent communication skills. DME and CPAP resupply and compliance monitoring preferred.
Responsibilities
· Provide the highest level of service to all customers, responding to each request in a professional manner with a helpful, and positive attitude.
· Assure that each customer is provided with complete and accurate information regarding insurance coverage, their financial responsibilities, and delivery expectations.
· Gather complete, accurate information; obtaining required medical documentation and/or authorization and qualify each request according to payor guidelines.
· Requires the creation, maintenance and documentation within respective customer databases. limited to: new referrals; time sensitive referrals; special requests; and complaint resolution.
Education and Experience
· High school diploma or GED
· Experience with insurance billing and durable medical equipment preferred
· MS Office, including Outlook
