Job Summary

  • Under the supervision of the Regional Quality Director, you will help manage and support regional analytics and education focuses for our quality teams in the state of Florida.
  • Help in the build out of MediaLab modules, competency, training and continued education
  • Database maintenance to ensure new regulatory requirement documentation and updates are in place
  • Assisting in the preparing of daily, weekly and monthly quality metric reports and assisting in building the report structure
  • Preparing continuing and process improvement education for use in our Healthstream platform to help providing training for new and existing staff
  • Data mining to obtain and maintain metric data into the dashboard
  • Non-Conforming Event (NCE) management
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) management
  • PolicyStat management
  • Conducting data analysis on key metrics to help aid in continuous and process improvements

Qualifications

  • 4 year Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology
  • State of Florida Supervisor’s license in all specialty areas or the ability to obtain
  • 3-5 years of quality assurance and regulatory agency compliance experience
  • 1-3 years in a clinical laboratory setting with quality assurance and/or point-of-care testing
  • MediaLab build experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to organize data for ease of use. Very comfortable with Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work independently and interface with various levels of stakeholders
  • Comfortable with presentations (both virtual and in person)
