Position Summary

The Field Sales District Manager will be expected to maximize the profitability and market penetration of U.S. LawShield through selling U.S.LawShield products and services to prospects and existing members in a specifically assigned geographic area. The Field Sales District Manager will oversee Field Sales Territory Managers and Independent Sales Representatives, provide updates from and to corporate management, prospect new sales opportunities, foster relationships with existing accounts, grow brand awareness, ensure brand alignment in partner facilities, execute sales opportunities in that area, assign contractors to sales events, and report progress on assigned company goals.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Prospect additional facilities and sales opportunities within the designated district
  • Lead, coach, and mentor sales representatives
  • Travel to facilities and events within the designated district
  • Maintain and deepen relationships between partners and U.S. LawShield
  • Propose appropriate solutions and next steps that deepen relationships between clients and our brand
  • Maintain and track supplies and resources and distribute throughout assigned district
  • Responsibly and professionally represent U.S. LawShield
  • Assign and schedule direct reports and independent contractors to brand and sales growing activities
  • Drive company profitability through direct sales
  • Prepare, assign, schedule, and execute various sales opportunities to include tabling events and sales presentations to facilities, individuals, and groups and report on progress
  • Understand and explain the U.S. LawShield product suite
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand the market and needs of a diverse client base
  • Understand our competition and their products and services
  • Timely reporting of expenses, results, and field data
  • Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and customer experience KPIs
  • Maintain the training and professional development of key stakeholders including direct reports and partners.

Education and Experience

  • Associate’s Degree or some college preferred
  • Proven record of excellence in direct/field sales
  • Experience coaching and professionally developing direct reports and teams
  • Familiarity with common CRM, billing, and expense reporting software
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License or the ability to attain one
