POSITION SCOPE

Lead the overall operations of multiple restaurants (5 to 6 locations)

People

Ensure that all employees meet high standards associated with “A Cut Above” customer experience.

Effectively use labor forecasting, ADP, JAE’s Development Flow Chart and other tools to ensure targeted staffing levels are met. Identify & develop promotable employees and build bench strength according to targets.

Operations

Drive increased customer counts. Achieve and maintain customer service scores. Achieve "A" level Operations by meeting Customer Service expectations. Improve all customer service key drivers

Sales

Achieve Sales targets, Food Cost, Total Labor Costs and Controllable Expenses.
