The Position:
We’re looking for a District Manager – for our Indianapolis, IN and Little Rock, AR Service Centers who is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Dedicated to providing organization or enterprise-wide common systems for designing and measuring work processes. Pursues everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish, especially in the face of resistance or setbacks.
Qualifications
Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or 5 years or sales or operations leadership experience
  • Years of Experience: 5 years in leadership with sales and operations leadership expereince
  • Exemplary communication and collaboration skills in customer-facing situations as well as internal relationships
  • Ability to link strategies to financial plans and effectively manage budgets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen, high level of confidence, dynamic and engaging presence
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • A favorable background screening, Drug Screening, and proof of work authorization in the United States is required for employment.

Responsibilities:
Strategic:

  • Multi-Unit Service Center Sales and Operations Leader responsible for service and parts
  • Develop the vision, values, and strategies to sustain Service Center growth
  • Lead best-in-class Service Centers teams that support Great Dane customers
  • Strategically develop, execute, and determine sales and profit goals
  • Lead the development of an industry leading and premium brand focus to maximize customer confidence
  • Implement brand standard processes and procedures to drive technician efficiency
  • Drive and sustain a safety-driven culture
  • Instill a culture of continuous learning and development at all levels

Tactical:

  • Multi-Unit Service Center P&L responsibility including sales and net income growth
  • Hire, train, retain, inspire, motivate, and lead Service Center Management teams
  • Communicate key issues, trends and plans to senior leadership
  • Complete safety audits to drive a safety culture that creates a safe employee work environment
  • Develop and maintain positive long-term relationships with key Fleet accounts
  • Maintain Service Centers that support Great Dane Brand image and create a desirable work environment that attracts quality employees
  • Ensure that the Service Center teams have the knowledge, skills, and developmental plans to achieve assigned quotas through continued sales, safety, technical and process training
  • Establish procedures to maximize fleet uptime by providing clear communication
  • Complete facility quarterly audits of each Service Center
  • Execute, communicate, and report on defined KPI’s and metrics
