- Manages 4-7 direct reports
- Recruits, selects, and directs sales team in meeting or exceeding corporate goals
- Ensures accuracy of weekly activity reports and audits expense reports
- Develops strategic territory coverage plans and manages sales activity standards and reporting procedures
- Ensures product distribution of all authorized manufacturer products
- Develops solid relationships at store level
- Increases brand presence through product placement, incremental points of interruption via racks, displays and shipper placement
- Works closely with Principals and Distributors to achieve corporate objectives

- Strong leadership, training, and coaching skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 - 5 years of experience serving in a Retail Management role
- DSD sales experience a plus
- Ideal candidate must have a high sense of urgency, be proactive, competitive, out-going and flexible
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is a must
- Well organized with ability to work both independently and within team environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills both written and verbal
