Dishwasher/Prep Cook

The Chick-fil-A Vine City Utility/Housekeeping Team Member exceeds our guest service expectations by maintaining cleanliness and organization of the entire restaurant all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. They will be the Clinically Clean captain!

• Cleans all dish and glassware for the restaurant and kitchen operations.
• Works closely with kitchen in stocking dishware and keeping dish areas clean by adhering to Raw vs RTE dishes
• Ensure drains are properly cleaned.
• Ensure dining room is cleaned routinely
• Ensure the availability of clean equipment in the kitchen and availability of cleaning supplies
• Understands and follows safety and sanitation procedures.
• Maintains detail cleaning standards, including sweeping, mopping, dish racks and storage areas for the entire restaurant.
• Ensuring lemonade is fully stocked routinely.
• Ensure parking lot checks are completed routinely.
• Takes out trash, replaces trash bags and wash trash cans and mop buckets .
• Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
• Knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures.
• Perform Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.
• Adhere to proper uniform and grooming guidelines according to Chick-fil-A
• Display excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
• Show eagerness to learn new skills.
• Adhere to Food Safety Guidelines
• Performs functions which require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing and stocking up to 75lbs.
• Walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Work days, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to use any kitchen equipment as needed.
• Ensure restrooms are cleaned and stocked regularly.
• Maintain food safety standards at all times including proper labeling and proper storage of cleaning equipment .
