Responsibilities:

• Maintaining an overall clean environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Keeping the dish area free of clutter, organizing dishes by soiled and cleaned, and setting up/tearing down dish area when appropriate
• Assist in customer service satisfaction by cleaning all dishes in a timely manner
• Following all safety and sanitation procedures as well as restaurant protocols
