Disbursement Specialist II

Generally, what would you do as a Disbursement Associate II?

Responsible for the daily disbursements of escrow files for the National Division of Title365. Activities include, review of payoff demands, disbursements of proceeds, and all customer service related functions connected to disbursing a file. Currently work from home role, may be subject to change to in office.

• Must have at least 2 years of current disbursement experience, including reviewing files for disbursement.
• Understanding of Closing Disclosures and title reports
• Candidate should be familiar with payoff demands and wire instructions
• Escrow experience
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Organizational skills.
• Superior Customer Service skills
