Description & RequirementsPosition Summary The Website Measurement & Analytics Director, Reporting Solutions is responsible for leading the strategy and execution for delivering website services to our clients including data tracking & measurement, implementation, test & learn, reporting, and insights generation. Additionally, plays a critical role in unearthing meaningful insights and technology strategy that may be leveraged in the process of pitching prospective clients. This candidate will have expert knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Adobe website platforms—staying abreast of the latest products and features within each of these platforms. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and determining the best path forward regardless of the setting—taking a challenge or problem related to all things website (analytics, measurement or implementation) with ease and owning the development and delivery of the solution or answer. You are a leader who knows the best path forward given the tools and information at your disposal and have such a knowledge of the space that you can also recommend additional tools which may be of service. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise in website reporting analytics & tagging (Google or Adobe) to your clients via scheduled reports, ad-hoc reports, overseeing the tagging and analytics framework, and a variety of analysis and insight initiatives.
  • Develop analytics and data strategies for some of the largest brands in the world with a focus on measurably lifting their business.
  • Share your data and marketing analytics expertise with your clients and the DPO team; acting as a thought leader for your client, and an active participant in the knowledge growth of the DPO team.
  • Manage the relationship and projects for enterprise clients
  • Assist clients in understanding the importance of online measurement and provide best practice guidelines for their general data strategy, as well as specific technical implementations.
  • Assist the data team in propelling our practice forward with new go-to market initiatives and solutions.
  • Drives innovation to ensure the offering leads the market and delivers compelling results for clients
  • Strong experience with reporting and tagging strategy
  • Strong presentation development and presenting skills
  • Experience with VOC (survey, usability testing, heatmap tools, etc)

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Four-year degree, or equivalent experience
  • Deep knowledge and experience using Google Analytics.
  • Deep knowledge and experience using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the data and martech industry.
  • Experience managing strategic projects and/or clients.
  • Someone who can sit in a room/Zoom with large clients and confidently establish yourself as a business partner while providing guidance on their analytics and data strategy.
  • Leaning into a challenge; resilient and are a practitioner of accountability.
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and a critical thinker with attention-to-detail and problem-solving skills.
  • You are someone who loves to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience implementing, and utilizing the data from a variety of other digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
  • You have experience with BI/Data analysis tools (Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Experience leading transformation of process and capabilities
