Job Summary:

The Director, Strategic Partnerships is responsible for setting and leading the global strategy for Netrush’s global brand partners. This senior role is central to the success of our partnerships and is intended for a senior leader who thrives on thinking big and taking ownership of playbooks for brands who are looking for sustainable, profitable growth on and off Amazon. As a result, this role operates across multiple functions within Netrush, including Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Technology, and Insights & Analytics, helping create and implement global, cross-functional teams, as appropriate, to drive success.

Success for this role is built on a proven track record of creating sustainable, profitable growth for Netrush and our partners; building solid, enduring brand partnerships that meet established KPIs; and establishing a high bar for new partnerships with impact-minded brands who want to work with Netrush to grow their business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic vision for our top partnerships, acting as the strategic lead for our partners, and owner of strategic playbooks that align to brand growth aspirations and vision to maximize sales across all consumer touchpoints, on- an off-Amazon

  • Designs and develops brand plans and strategies informed by industry, category, brand vision/priorities and marketplace opportunities

  • Trained and proficient in all Netrush products and solutions, and how they can be applied for our partners' success

  • Accountable for retention of our top partners, partnership satisfaction (NPS) and partner lifetime value (PLV)

  • Work directly with Product teams to optimize our product roadmap, its integration into our partners’ lifecycle, and ongoing solutions–managed services, advisory services, etc.– to meet partner satisfaction requirements and demand

  • Model, size and prioritize product and strategic initiative programs to maximize revenue and ROI

  • Does not execute the plan; consult directly with our Account Management teams to ensure plans are executed to maximize results

  • Coordinate with our Product & Marketing teams to recruit and launch new products that are competitively priced, industry-leading and contribute to the growth and profitability of Netrush and our partners.

  • Is an individual contributor; FTE or fractional consultant


Skills and Qualifications:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing, management, or a related field

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, account management, analytics or relationship focused positions

  • P&L management a plus

  • Omni-channel commerce experience, including growth strategies on Amazon, Walmart, and commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, and other D2C platforms

  • A strong rolodex within your category-you’re we’ll connected and respected in the space

  • Growth mindset and strategic planning capabilities

  • Curious, with strong research skills

  • Strong analytical, data-driven thinking

  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven working experience in project management

  • Excellent command of the English language
