The Director – Incentives Analytics will play a key role in driving profitable growth in Americas. The span of the role is broad, taking responsibility for actions and insight which, in collaboration with the GTM leaders, will drive productivity, scalability, efficiency and ultimately performance.


Components of the organic growth levers for the Incentives business is based on;

Analytics and insight driving planning & decision-making
Optimizing the ‘playbooks’ & productivity by channel
Alignment of Sales, Marketing, Content and Product strategies


A significant requirement of the roles is to collaborate with other functions to agree priorities, tackle problems, manage change, define ‘ways of working’ and drive continuous improvement. Director – Incentives Analytics will be managing virtual cross-functional teams based on specific projects or initiatives.

Function Overview:

The go-to-market organization for Incentives is structured and measured by channel

Enterprise direct (large multi-year deals)
Business Development teams focused on new logos and programs
Client Development teams responsible for the retention, and growth of existing accounts across multiple products & servicesPartner business, indirect sales channel distributing contentTransaction business selling through Inside-Sales teams and e-commerceResponsibilities:

Acting as a senior member of the Americas Incentive GTM team

Business analytics, insight, and reporting Responsible for the delivery of agreed Cadence of Reporting as well as ad-hoc requirements Champion, specify & facilitate report automation (Power BI) Identifying, tracking, and driving insight (analytics) from KPIs, agreed locally or globally Leverage and collaborating with GTM Sales Leaders, Finance, BI, local and WW Sales Operations
Sources of data: CRM (pipeline), Finance, Data lake & Ordering systems
Incentive Program Board tracking key GTM initiatives Taking responsibility for identifying and tracking the progress on agree priorities which are under the direct control or influence of the Incentive GTM org. Typically, Revenue enabling Leading cross functional review meetings to review, discuss and debate progress
With GTM channel leads and key functional contacts
Forecasting, budget planning & target setting
Shaping the budget inputs for FP&A
Building financial models to facilitate planning
Sales target setting by Channel & Product & Clients
In partnership with Sales, Client & Product teams
Special projects Taking accountability and/or acting as a valued contributor to specific projects which may be; Americas or Global
Revenue generating, cost saving or delivering efficiency and scalability
Other requirements as identified and required that will drive performance and growth


In addition to the above, in partnership with the Incentives leadership team, provides general oversight and acts as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and peers.
