KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Salesforce Technology to join our Global Information Technology Group which is part of KPMG International.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business requirements in the early stages of the program to determine what workflow, integration technologies, system architectures and configurations should be employed to meet business objectives efficiently and effectively, responsible for ensuring the SaaS Platform Configuration & Development processes are performed according to the agreed and documented standard and meets the aims of the definition
- Lead in defining the platform strategy offerings, solution architecture, design, integration and best practices, sponsoring, designing and change managing the process and its metrics
- Audit and review the platform strategy to ensure compliance, ensure the strategy is still appropriate and change as required, oversight of the Intake of Ideas and classification of new Demand, oversight of the platform teams and their processes that satisfy the Demand
- Collaborate with Portfolio Management in the monitoring and timely management of all Demand in the pipeline
- Collaborate with the Service Portfolio Management function to ensure Demand aligns to Services under management
- Drive the delivery of the solution, providing leadership and guidance to the architecture, development and project teams
Qualifications:
- Minimum ten years of experience in governance and Salesforce & Introhive platform management or related field, with a specialty in Salesforce & Introhive
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
- Thorough knowledge of SaaS Platform Configuration & Development and improvement methodologies, must have deep technical skills in Salesforce & Introhive as well as the ability to help architect and design Salesforce & Introhive solutions
- Experience running large-scale, Global Salesforce & Introhive projects that support 10,000+ users, must be able to lead projects or manage large, complex processes, must have an improvement-oriented mindset, experience managing a team in a complex technology environment, ITIL (practitioner or expert) certification preferred, with work experience in mature service management environments
- Strong verbal/written communication, collaboration, presentation and negotiation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
