KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Rise PML to join our Advisory organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 10-15 Rises Sales Associates. (The Rises Sales Associate Program is a two year apprentice training program for early career sales professionals that consists of on the job training, a curated learning path and active sponsorship from an assigned sales professional. Sales Associates are matched with a Senior sales professional for the duration of the program and upon graduation are placed on an account or in a geography if solution aligned.)
- Coordinate all on-boarding activities for the Rise Sales Associates.
- Contribute to the on-going upkeep of the Rise Learning Path.
- Work with Learning and Development to ensure Rise Sales Associates are on track with their Learning Path.
- Interact with Rise Sponsors to ensure Rise Associates are engaged in activities outlined in program documents.
- Demonstrate excellence in the use of MarketEDGE and ability to train Rise Sales Associates in its utilization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years recent experience in one or more business related areas including Financial and Data Analysis, Project Management and Business Operations Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field from an accredited college/university.
- Strong desire to mentor and teach early stage sales professionals.
- Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence, and results.
- Ability to understand complex content and relate content around industry issues, client needs, and KPMG service offerings.
- Prior experience developing and leading relationship building activities with C-Level executives, including CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, Business Executives, and General Auditor.
