Are you a hardworking business and technical leader who would love to drive Danaher’s Global Product Security (GPS) Program? You will work hand-in-hand with Business Leaders in Danaher’s portfolio of over 27+ operating companies! You will serve as the driving force and tactical program lead to promote customer trust and business resilience across customer facing devices, software, products and solutions!

You will lead, support and deliver a globally scalable product security program that supports operating company and business strategies and needs. You will work closely with product and business leaders in a matrixed manner to handle digital risk across the product ecosystem and within the product lifecycle. You will seek out efficient and effective approaches to promote new privacy & security capabilities and drive practical organizational adoption. You will infuse a sense of security and privacy by design in existing development processes and introduce new ways of working that provides for a secure product catalog for the future.

We are open to remote work from any continental U.S based major city with access to an international airport.

Responsibilities

Ensure product security program adoption, develop capability maturity roadmaps and integrating security & privacy controls into procedures, processes and daily work plans at the operating company level

Lead the development, rollout and on-going execution of privacy and security methods, procedures and controls across operating company product lines and solution sets in line with industry standard frameworks (ISO/NIST)

Be responsible for product security vulnerabilities, coordinated vulnerability disclosure programs and tracking & supporting on-going remediation programs and initiatives

Assess and continuously improve product security capabilities stemming from emerging technologies (AI & ML), product innovation, customer VOC and changing Cyber threat conditions

Build an internal network of security champions and technical domain authorities to translate program level capabilities and requirements into product & solution specific use cases and functionality

Qualifications

10+ years of experience with large enterprise or information security programs and organizations

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent

Cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, HCISPP, CISM or equivalent

Experience working with senior level leaders across the business and influences the opinions of others; exercises sensitivity to the audience

Ability to lead in a global matrixed environment; capable of adapting approach to work successfully with people with different work styles, able to work a flexible, demanding schedule required to lead teams across multiple time zones

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent
