Job Summary
The Director, Product Marketing is responsible for new business growth within pSemi’s products in Connectivity and 5G Infrastructure market segments. This role requires leading product strategy, setting business direction and owning revenue generation with existing and new product introduction. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing and Sales, this position will have high visibility within the organization while leading senior product marketing and working cross-functionally with sales, applications, systems and engineering.
Roles & Responsibilities
This position has responsibility for:
- Strategize and Grow pSemi content and business in Connectivity, Wireless Infrastructure, Cable Infrastructure and Test & Measurement Markets.
- Grow the business using existing products and with introduction of new products.
- Develop short term and long-term strategic business plans supporting growth and P/L of the business line.
- Present Business Case, ROI Analysis to executive staff and cross-functional team.
- Develop in-depth competitive analysis, including comparison of performance specifications, features, pricing, and roadmaps across relevant market segments.
- Develop partnership with collaborators in the ecosystem to establish pSemi as a premier brand.
- Collaborate with relevant standards groups and develop advocacy strategy to support products.
- Collaborate with Marketing Communications for product releases and demonstrate thought leadership in industry for pSemi’s product line through webinars and marketing/technical articles.
- Support sales and field-applications through training, customer presentation, manage design-wins and contract negotiations.
- Work Cross functionally with engineering, program management and application leadership to ensure successful project execution from inception to production.
- Work with Operations and Finance to manage the standard cost and yield model.
- Manage Revenue Forecasting and support back-end supply chain and operations for in-time high-quality customer delivery.

Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)
- 15+ years of experience in developing and managing preferably RF products from cradle-to-grave
- 10+ years of strong background in developing and managing business growth across mobile and non-mobile market segments like automotive, industrial etc.
- Strong background in developing customer relationship and managing and growing ecosystem partnership with Tier-1 OEM and ODMs
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products with large market share
- Extensive experience and strong foundation in business and technology for RF front-end products
- Domain knowledge in one or multiple of these market segments: wireless connectivity products in the space of connected homes, connected machines and connected cars. Wireless Infrastructure in both FR1 and FR2 frequency bands, Cable Infrastructure and/or Test and Measurement.
- Experienced in developing business across different regions of world beyond NA

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. This role will travel between 20% – 40% of the time.
