MyCase is looking for a passionate and analytical Director of Product Marketing that will help champion our products in the marketplace. You will be a bridge between our sales, product management, and marketing teams to help drive awareness and adoption of our products. You will be responsible for developing customer-centric value propositions and competitive differentiation that will help the sales team to demonstrate product value and improve conversations with customers and prospects. You will know how to communicate with customers, enable sales with the right tools at the right point in the sales cycle, and will be able to embed with our marketing team to ensure our products are primed for success.
What You'll Do
- Build and lead a world class product marketing team
- Work closely with Product Management to bring new features and capabilities to market
- Drive positioning, messaging, segmentation, insight development, and go-to-market efforts for MyCase products
- Develop sales enablement strategy, including content, presentations, product collateral and other tools and training to enable the sales team to help shorten the sales cycle, improve win rates, and reduce churn
- Gather market insight through customer interaction, win/loss analysis, market intelligence, SWOT, competitive analysis, and industry leaders
- Use market insights to influence product pricing, product roadmap development, and the customer experience
- Leverage marketing insights to be the "voice of the customer" and own buyer personas
- Create assets and tools that succinctly communicate MyCase's value proposition (e.g. company overview video)
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on content for campaigns, newsletters, websites, blogs, webinars, and other demand-gen vehicles

Must-Haves
- You have 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
- 4+ years managing high-performing teams with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrated track record of success in a high growth company
- A demonstrated ability to create product launches plans
- You are a great storyteller, both in written and verbal communication
- A collaborative approach to work, with proven relationships across product, sales, marketing and customer success.
