What the team is looking for in a Candidate
We are looking for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Global Communications team as Director of Product Communications. This person will work across the organization and be a trusted partner to our Product team. You'll also work with the broader Global Communications team around the world to foster successful in-market product launches and product-driven narratives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive clear narratives about our product, brand, business and vision.
  • Build awareness of our brand and products through media and consumer-facing initiatives that articulate our mission, values and technology.
  • Build and lead a team of high performing product communications managers who work closely with cross-functional partners to shape our innovation story.
  • Develop messaging platforms and campaigns that frame and amplify our technology and vision.
  • Manage relationships with key press, partners and influencers, including building new relationships, managing media cycles, handling inbound inquiries and serving as a spokesperson when needed.
  • Train and advise spokespeople for media interviews, presentations, and speaking engagements.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of work experience, ideally in the consumer technology space
  • 10+ years of work experience, ideally in the consumer technology space
  • Established relationships with key media across print, online and broadcast
  • Seasoned people manager with experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional listening, problem-solving, and verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience in issues-handling a plus
  • Previous experience in global companies a plus
