? Lead creation and implementation of sourcing optimization activities including Should Cost, Benchmarking, and Sourcing Strategies. Leverage key metrics to identify problem areas and adopt current and emerging business models with an entrepreneurial mindset and creative approach to drive best practice.
? Definition and implementation of IT tools: Link to IT – drives improvement activities and maintenance of procurement IT solutions
? Initiate and drive the portfolio of improvement projects including change management
? Reporting, Market, and Predictive Analysis (i.e. EBI, Business Intelligence, etc.)
? Direct report to the VP, Global Sourcing, this role will be responsible to strategically partner with business unit leaders and contribute to strategy by providing procurement expertise and strategic partnering for purchasing opportunities.
? Build and manage relationships with priority business executives, serves as a key member of the Sourcing leadership team to support implementation of business strategies through advanced procurement initiatives and team alignment, facilitate the sourcing processes and closely collaborate with stakeholders. Demonstrates a strategic business mindset, organizational savvy, presents an executive-level presence, and balances multiple stakeholder interests simultaneously.
? Participate in the development of overall strategies to accomplish lowest total system cost and savings objectives.Skills

Experience and Qualifications
Minimum
? Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Liberal Arts, or Industrial Engineering
? > 10 years industry experience, preferably with a Procurement and/or Systems background
? Track record of success in previous roles at a Global level with expertise in influencing business strategy
? Excellent quantitative, analytical and project management skills
? Strong influencing skills that can be used to lead teams and build partnerships
Preferred
? Master’s or post-graduate Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
