Work Hours/Shift:

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Responsible for supporting the strategic vision of the Executive Director of Digital Strategy and establishing a best-in class digital presence for the enterprise.
  • Manage writers, website coordinators, designers, and project managers to deliver strategic online content for the website. Responsible for the websites/CMS.
  • Work closely with leadership across the organization to manage the strategic planning, implementation, analysis, and optimization of content for the website.
  • Coordinates closely with the Director of Service Line Strategy and Director of CRM and Analytics to ensure cohesion between strategy and operations with all web properties.
  • Oversees new and updated content for internal and external-facing AHS websites, digital marketing content, email newsletters, mini-sites, and other online digital communications.
  • Work with department leaders across the organization to discover creative content solutions to business challenges.
  • Design workflows for content lifecycle processes that include: content creation, review and approval cycles, localization models, content publishing, content analysis and content optimization and/or content archival.
  • Maintains existing websites and infrastructure while upgrades and enhancements are prepared.
  • Coalesces with the AHS Information Services team to ensure deliverables from the Digital Marketing department’s website team are provided in a timely manner which keeps all projects on schedule.
  • Executes professional and on-message consumer and employee facing design and content on AHS web properties for complex campaigns, ensuring client needs and objectives are met within all marketing pieces, delivering concepts and final content on time and on budget.
  • Ensure education on and adherence to brand standards, digital brand standards, style guides and approved messaging for all digital content.
  • Works directly with Information Technology, Web Manager, Web Specialists, and other creative team members to brainstorm for innovative ideas appropriate for message, audience and budget, directly contributing to project design and development, creating storyboards/initial graphic concepts and conceiving functional design solutions.
  • Appropriately launch content produced by the Content Team on a wide range of digital projects, including website and microsite design/development, email marketing templates, social media and banner ads, infographics, video, and interactive media.
  • Display high competency in project management, working in a fast-paced and complex environment, execution of large projects, and working under multiple and competing deadlines.
Qualifications


What You Will Need:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or related field
  • 10 years of experience

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFFERED:

  • Master’s degree preferred or equivalent.
  • Experience with the Drupal CMS

Job Summary:

The Director of Web Marketing Strategy is responsible for the patient-facing web properties of AHS. This individual is responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and delivery of website content and all feature and design upgrades. This position reports to the Executive Director of Digital Strategy.
