The Job at a GlanceAs the Director of Product Management (internally known as Director, Product Roadmap Wizards) , you will own the product roadmap and lead a team of Product Managers, UX designers, and Analytics team members who are laser-focused on delivering industry-first innovations and cutting-edge B2B ecommerce capabilities to our customers. Your team will design and deliver a multi-channel experience that delights customers and helps fuel the tremendous growth of Parts Town. Whether it is innovative new ways for end users to identify parts, or timesaving B2B features appreciated by our largest customers, your work will have a huge impact on a global scale.   • Develop and manage the roadmap for all customer-facing channels including our websites, mobile applications, and other custom solutions
  • Understand customer and stakeholder needs, align those with company strategic objectives, and maintain a roadmap that delivers both
  • Grow a team of top-notch product managers and provide the support they need to be successful
  • Enhance the Parts Town culture and live our core values every day
  • Partner with business units, marketing, UX, and engineering to successfully deliver the product roadmap
  • Passionately advocate for the customer when working with the teams to bring the product vision to life
  • Collaborate with engineering and QA to continually refine and improve the Agile process to deliver great features with increasing efficiency
  • Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
  • Evangelize the new capabilities your team helps bring to life through demonstrations to internal and external teams, presentations for key partners, and external speaking engagements

To Land This Opportunity
  • You have 5+ years of experience as an Agile Product Manager in Ecommerce
  • You possess strong knowledge of Agile techniques and best practices
  • You can operate at a strategic level and dive deep into the technical details and complexity with ease
  • You can readily communicate technical and complex topics to non-technical audiences
  • You can handle (and enjoy the variety of) shifting priorities – We are a fast-growing company, and that means being nimble to capitalize on opportunities when they arise
  • You find a way to get things done – You don’t need to be reminded, you obsess over the details, and you deliver
