Job Description

Two Chairs is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. Everyone new to the team, along with our current staff, will temporarily work from home until it is safe to return to our offices.

About The Role:
As the Director of Partner Success, you will be a key member of the business development organization and lead the relationships with our most important strategic health plan & payer partners. As the first Director of Partner Success, you will be responsible for setting our partner success strategy and managing the growth of our existing and new partnerships. As partnerships grow and expand, you will define a strategy for the Partner Success team including structure (roles and responsibilities), hiring and management. You will collaborate closely with our Strategic Partnerships, Operations, Clinical, and Product teams to develop systems and processes to implement, launch and manage our payer partnerships. You will develop strategic relationships across partners and collaborate with the Strategic Payer Partnerships team to grow, and expand existing and future relationships. Finally, you will develop a deep understanding of our partners' most critical needs to inform our overall go-to-market strategy and help set up our business for long-term success.

Where you'll make an impact:

  • Drive success in existing and new strategic partnerships, from planning and implementation to day-to-day relationship management and patient growth.
  • Expand on partner success key learnings and build on playbook for future partner needs.
  • Define strategy for team structure, hire, and manage a team - be a player coach as partnerships grow, expand, and needs evolve.
  • Maintain and cultivate current partner relationships and develop new relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts at those partners.
  • Deliver consistent service levels to partners by proactively identifying and helping resolve day-to-day issues as well as long term strategic goals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Two Chairs' patient reach within our partners and collaborate cross-functionally to test their feasibility.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Payer Partnerships team on the renewal and expansion process.
  • Become an expert in all parts of Two Chairs' approach, services, capabilities, and value proposition.

You'll be successful if you:

  • 8+ years of experience in client services, account management roles, strategic partner management or client-facing roles in healthcare
  • Enjoy building and fostering productive relationships with partners , including VP and C-level executives, that drive long-term business impact and allow us to hit our goals
  • Enjoy people management and team development, while striving for your own continuous growth and development
  • Thrive in building and then running a new team, utilizing lessons and processes from the current foundation.
  • Have a track record of high client satisfaction, partner growth, and renewal success
  • Are an outstanding written and oral communicator, including superior presentation skills, but are are also comfortable utilizing, creating, and presenting data analyses
  • Have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while holding yourself and others accountable for deadlines and deliverables
  • Are an excellent time manager and can flex from executing day-to-day tasks to managing long-term initiatives
  • Have demonstrated the ability to manage internal and external needs and identify creative solutions to drive progress
  • Are a team player and enjoy collaborating with multiple teams across different functions
  • Possess a strong service orientation and the ability to manage multiple partners at once
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can adapt to an evolving environment
  • Have the willingness to travel for key client meetings and for team events in our San Francisco office
