The Director of First and Last Impressions is a member of the reception team. They are responsible for our clients' experience at the spa, and will constantly search for new ways to make our clients' visit more enjoyable. While we will train the right candidate, we are ideally looking for someone with Med Spa experience and knowledge of our services. Being able to multi-task and work in a high paced environment is a must. This is a full time 5 day a week position that includes Saturdays
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Answering the phone in a timely, professional manner and scheduling appointments
- Greeting clients when they arrive, providing spa tours, and answering questions
- Checking out clients proficiently and re-scheduling future appointments
- Looking up client points, managing and educating clients about the various rewards programs offered.
- First line-of-defense if there are client complaints – see to it that all unhappy clients are spoken to and problems are resolved.
- Assist with ordering supplies, performing various tasks and helping with office organization
- Promote specials and other marketing initiatives
- Educating yourself and the client on retail products
- Providing EXCELLENT customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- receptionist: 3 years (Preferred)
- Medical Spa: 1 year (Preferred)
