Director of Facilities Management

What you will do in this role:

Under the general direction of the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the daily management function of the department for the two hospitals. Responsibilities include maintenance, security, biomedical and grounds. Establish goals and objectives, standards of performance, develop and implement operating policies and procedures, interpret policies, standards, regulations and codes to personnel.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience in facilities management and engineering.

Qualifications:

• Three (3) years experience as Engineering/Maintenance director in a healthcare facility.
