Job Role

As a Director of Customer Success, you will develop and execute strategies that drive customer success, adoption and growth and impact how our products deliver value for our customers. Working closely with the Redwood Sales team, Product Development, and Solutions Engineers, you are part coach, project manager, business consultant and product expert. You will advise and guide a wide variety of customers, ensuring they launch Redwood Software successfully, adopt it widely and are continually driving business value from Redwood Software.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to continual improvements to our best practices for engagement, value-add, and renewal to meet long-term customer satisfaction and renewals goals
  • Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and IT Decision Makers (ITDMs) within each customer to influence solution adoption, create strong support for new opportunities and to secure their willingness to advocate on Redwood’s behalf
  • Increase customer retention by conducting regular check-in calls for tactical items, and performing strategic business reviews with C-level Executives and decision makers to align on their objectives and outcomes
Skills
  • 8+ years B2B experience in account management, sales or consulting role with proven results within global, high-growth, technology companies.
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • 5+ years of deep understanding of SaaS customer engagement
