We are looking for a seasoned Director of Nursing who is ready to take the next step. We need a DON that has managed a building and is ready to manage a business. The DON for this position must possess the ability to lead an office team and a group of clinicians to an operational excellence of a 5 - star rating. Additionally, this DON must have a minimum of 1 year in Home Health and knowledge of the ACHC regulations.
