What You’ll Do

The Director of Clinical Services (RN) is responsible for clinical oversight and regulatory adherence. This position is responsible for, and in collaboration with the National Director of Clinical Quality and VP of Operations, clinical policy, processes, quality, consistency, outcomes, education, and training.

Experience:

  • Acute Dialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis modalities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintains current knowledge of health law, regulation, and market changes that impact all aspects of the business.
  • Leader in acute dialysis.
  • Strong writing skills with specific experience in the areas of developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and training in a healthcare environment.
  • Leading new program transitions and implementations.
  • Pediatric dialysis modalities.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited nursing school
  • Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • CPR and AHA BLS certifications

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of Nephrology experience
  • Experience in relevant healthcare field as a frontline clinician within the last two years.
  • Experience in Home Hemodialysis and Outpatient Dialysis preferred
  • Maintains current knowledge of health law, regulation, and market changes that impact all aspects of the business.
  • Analytic and project management, leadership and team building.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to travel up to 60%
  • Member of ANNA and/or CNN - Preferred
  • Knowledgeable in ESRD, CDC, OSHA, AAMI, NKF, Network and Medicare standards.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Travel will be required between assigned facilities.
  • LOCATION is flexible - Arizona, Texas or Illinois based employees are preferred
