Director Of Client Services, Data Science

We are looking for a passionate Senior Director of Client Services, Data Science to come on board, working closely with our SVP of Data Science, in scoping complex research projects with some of the largest organizations on the planet, and managing these projects through to completion. Ideally, you will have managed concurrent; million dollar plus projects, and have experience in mentoring others around you.

Ideally, you will have managed concurrent; million dollar plus projects, and have experience in mentoring others around you.

• You will be the primary point of contact with clients.
• You will work with a strong team of data scientists employing cutting-edge data collection and modeling techniques.
• Manage all phases of data science projects, including study design, data collection (involving both survey and non-survey sources), analysis, reporting, and presentation of results.
• You should contribute in a meaningful way to the planning and execution of projects.
• As a manager, you will set schedules, coordinate logistics, and manage resources to successfully deliver projects. You should be able to improve the quality of our work and the team’s efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring that high quality work is delivered in a timely manner.

• At least three years as a project lead in a survey research or analytics firm. You have dealt directly with clients and managed entire projects successfully.
• Sophisticated understanding of survey research and modern analytic techniques.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Proficiency in R and other data analysis tools.
• Graduate training in social and data sciences.
• Motivated team player and flexible in approach with ability to work independently. Able to prioritize and multi-task, working to tight deadlines and flexible to meet workload
