The Director provides leadership and directs functions of assigned patient care area on a 24 hour basis; ensures effective delivery of clinical patient care and compliance with administrative and clinical policies and procedures.

- BSN Preferred; Masters Desired
- Florida RN license or appropriate compact licensure
- Previous leadership experience in an acute setting
- Basic Life Support
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read and comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions and PC skills.
