Job Description


The Director of Media Investment Operations serves a variety of internal functions in support of media strategy, planning, and investment operations for all Publicis Media agencies. Working closely with counterparts both internally in Publicis Media as well as across the many agency media investment teams, this role is critical for the execution of the evolving Media practice.

  • Strategic Vendor Partners

Core Responsibilities

  • Key resource for the integration of media systems and tools
  • First level support for media planners
  • Bi-weekly calls with 3rd party vendors to review status of media planning tool and open support tickets
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources, including media, finance, legal for relevant media integration points
  • Coordinate feedback across all internal entities
  • Drive collaboration across agencies for best practices
  • Identify opportunities for harmonization of tools and processes
  • Develop and maintain mechanism for knowledge sharing
  • Ensure continual education among account teams of best practices

Qualifications
  • 8-10 years in digital media or account planning
  • Previous experience as project manager preferable
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Able to communicate and explain complex technical concepts in a way that is easy to understand
  • Intelligent, entrepreneurial type with strong interpersonal skills & work ethic
  • Ability to lead projects independently from start to finish, working with internal and external teams to make decisions and maintain forward momentum
  • Excellent time management / project management skills, with ability to manage detail work and communicate project status effectively to all levels
  • High competency level in MS Office products; demonstrated advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
