Key Activities
- Collaborate closely with Global Head of PMO by providing monthly budget forecasts and reconciling invoices.
- Partner with Procurement and Vendor Management to create and execute NDAs/Contracts/Statements of Work/Change Orders, to monitor and renegotiate upon expiration of those documents.
- Create necessary project documentation (SOW, RFP, business case, status reporting)
- Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Effectively applies ELC/ITPMO methodology and enforces project standards
- Assumes the ownership for the delivery of the technical components of the program
- Provides Project Financial Management, to:
- Ensure project funding processes are completed
- Manage project budget and changes
- Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis
- Update project forecasts on a monthly basis
- Track and report on project burn rate
- Tracks key project milestones and manages project plans, budget and/or resources to meet the needs of stakeholders based on agreed requirements and scope, using defined change control processes.
- Ensure all programs and projects are delivered comprehensively, completely, on time, and within budget.
- Responsible for managing all aspects of project management from discovery through delivery implementation.
- Performs quality reviews and follows quality assurance procedures.
- Manage project risk exposure and will escalate functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
- Monitors execution, communicates priorities and their adjustments, manages continuous improvement, and facilitates cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic business goals.
- Accountable for the overall cross functional project performance including coordination of the integration of project activities and project resources, and mitigation and management of execution risks.
- Own the logistics plan for stage-gate decision process and core team meetings.
- Provides oversight and leadership to other Project Managers in project and resource planning, assigning projects, and providing support to direct report project managers.
- Responsible for performance review and monitoring continuous improvement plans.
- Participate in process change request board meetings to ensure implementation of best practices and industry standards around Demand and Supply planning processes and supporting technology
- Serves as a liaison between IT and Business Teams to ensure proper escalation for scope changes, issue and risks
- Serves as a mentor to program and project managers and project leaders to educate and assist them with implementing project management processes and making improvement/changes.

- Hands-on project management experience - creating and maintaining project plans, leading project meetings, assisting project teams to document business cases, creating project metrics and reports, risk and issue management and escalation process, stakeholder’s management, change management and developing/managing roadmaps
- Experience collaborating with Vendor Management Offices (VMOs), Indirect Procurement Teams, and Program Management Offices (PMOs) to launch new initiatives, create Statement of Works (SOWs)
- SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development/ Waterfall/ Rapid Development
- Knowledge of budgeting and work scheduling tools and techniques
- Release / Deployment management
- Supply and Demand Planning Business Process knowledge
- Experience with business process improvements/enhancements management and implementation
- Planning analytics and process automation experience is nice to have
- Business IT partner/liaison
- Bachelor's degree
- 10-15 years of experience
- PMP / PgMP / PMI-ACP / Scrum Master and/or another accredited PMI or PM certification (such as Prince 2)
